PACS:
All exams done at Madrona Imaging can be seen on PACS within one hour of being performed. Reports are available within 24 hours of the exam. Reports will be mailed to the referring doctor within three days of the exam being done.
If you do not have access to PACS please contact Nanaimo Regional Hospital Radiology Department and ask for an application for viewing PACS. They will make sure the appropriate information is sent to you.
Requisitions:
Madrona Imaging accepts all requisitions with the correct patient demographics, exam and history. If you require requisitions, please contact our office and we will very happy to mail them to you. Exams requested must be on the requisition along with history for the exam requested. Any requisitions that we receive without proper demographics or history will be sent back and this could delay your patients' exam. Please make sure all information is present on requisitions.
